According to today’s World Travel Awards announcement, Royal Bʀᴜɴᴇɪ Airlines (RB) Cabin Crew has won WTA World’s Leading Cabin Crew for the second consecutive year.
The national carrier, which celebrated its 47th anniversary on November 18, 2021, now has a new accomplishment to celebrate. The airline was recently recognized as the winner in the categories of Asia’s Leading Cabin Crew and Asia’s Leading Airline: Business Class in October.
“At Royal Bʀᴜɴᴇɪ Airlines, we work hard to show off to our visitors our warm Bʀᴜɴᴇɪan hospitality. This honour recognizes our dedication to providing memorable experiences for our visitors. On December 16, RB hosted a virtual celebration with more than 300 RB employees, ᴍᴀɴagement, and cabin crew to commemorate this victory.
Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Dr Awang Hj Abdul ᴍᴀɴaf Bin Hj Metussin, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Economy) and Chairᴍᴀɴ of RB, attended the virtual celebration as Guest of Honor and made the following remarks: “On behalf of the Board of Directors, congratulations to our incredible crew, cabin crew administration, and everyone at Team RB. The year 2022 will be difficult, but I am confident that Royal Bʀᴜɴᴇɪ Airlines and the World’s Leading Cabin Crew 2021 will face all difficulties head-on. Being recognized for providing top-notch hospitality and service based on Bʀᴜɴᴇɪan values is demonstrated by our world-class boutique airline taking home the title two years in a row. As Chairᴍᴀɴ of Royal Bʀᴜɴᴇɪ Airlines, I honestly feel quite proud of this.
