Our fully automated Hydraulic Press lines were expressly built for the fabrication of the discs of passenger cars and lightweight commercial vehicles. With a production capacity of 500 or 720 wheel discs per hour, the procedure is fully automated. All presses in the line can move simultaneously thanks to adaptable transfer mechanisms. The ᴍᴇᴛʜod enables more compact production facility layouts and competitively quick cycle times. The automatic transfer systems between presses have been created with the utmost flexibility and shortest cycle durations in mind. For a smoother operation, we also design and provide automatic/quick tool chaning systems.
