In this adventure, we fly to Sᴡɪᴛᴢᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅ in a brand-new Bristell B23 plane to see one of my favorite musicians perform live! This was our first of many journeys in this lovely two-seater. On our way to Zurich International Airport, join us as we fly through the Nᴇᴛʜᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅs, Gᴇʀᴍᴀɴʏ, and Fʀᴀɴᴄᴇ.
The BRISTOL B23 is sold by Aircraft Company Europe in the Nᴇᴛʜᴇʀʟᴀɴᴅs. In addition to being a great trainer, it is also a very comfortable aircraft. The B23 is simple to maneuver and stable at all speed ranges. The cockpit of this aircraft offers all the comfort and convenience you would want in a small plane, and the views are unending. With a cabin width of 130 cm, it offers the biggest 2-seater cabin on the market, offering you a comfortable seat and a sense of spaciousness without sacrificing fuel efficiency; traveling at 100 KIAS uses less than 20 liters of fuel per hour.
This two-seater is a genuine two-seater with a maximum take-off mass of 750 kg; 2 adults, luggage, and full tanks (120 liters) can all fit together without any issues. Both AVGAS and MOGAS (Euro 98 (E5)), which have lower running expenses, are supported by the ROTAX 912 s3 without requiring a sunset stop. The B23 is available for purchase with both IFR and Night VFR certifications.
The B23 has a ballistic rescue system installed and is certified because safety is the top priority. If you choose not to have one, the aircraft is likewise approved without this parachute. B23 is also maneuverable and controllable on the ground thanks to the steerable nosewheel and differential braking on the main gear. This aircraft can easily navigate any runway (or taxiway) surface.
